Q. Do you ship overseas?A: Yes we do post our products overseas. The cost of overseas postage $18.95 Australian Dollars.
Q: How long does delivery overseas normally take?
A; You would be looking at approximately 22 days from the time you order has been approved.
Q: What is the cost of shipping in Australia?
A: We charge postage at $5.95 - $9.95 per transaction regardless of the amount of items you purchase. This means that you pay the same postage whether you purchase one item or numerous items.
Q: Are all prices quoted including GST and in Australian Dollars?
A: Yes all prices include GST and are in Australian Dollars
Q: How long does it take before I receive the items I have purchased?
A: Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days. We use Australia Post for delivery and in most cases this results in delivery within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please note that no goods will be shipped unless full payment has been received including postage and handling. If your goods have not been received within 14 days of the purchase date, please email us at sales@brilliantbabies.com.au
Q: Do you accept returns if the goods are faulty?
A: Brilliant Babies are absolutely committed to your satisfaction and give a 30 day free exchange on any Brilliant Babies DVD or CD that may be faulty. Please note that due to the issue of media piracy no refunds will be given on DVDs and CDs. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt in order to facilitate a prompt exchange. We do not offer an exchange on the prints.

Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept MasterCard, Bankcard and Visa
Q: I do not have a credit card, can I post you a cheque.
A: Yes, post your cheque including $5.95 P & H to Brilliant Babies, PO Box 75, Pennant Hills NSW 1715. Enclose in the envelope information on the item you wish to purchase and the address you would like the item posted to. Your purchase will be shipped once the cheque has cleared.
Q: Do you pass my personal information onto other organisations?
A: Absolutely not. Your privacy is very important to us and we would like you to know that your personal details will be retained by Brilliant Babies. We may write to you in the future to offer new products or specials that may interest you. If you do not wish to receive future written marketing material, you can email us at sales@brilliantbabies.com.au and ask to be removed.
Q: How confident can I be that your transactions are secure?
A: Very confident, Brilliant Babies has spent a lot of time ensuring that the transaction process is secure.
Q: Can I purchases items as gifts?
A: Yes you can, we have the option of having a different billing address and postal address. Just make sure you put the details of the person receiving the gift in the delivery address area.
Q: How can I be sure you have my order?
A: We will send you a confirmation of your order once it has been processed which will include your receipt.
